Shipping Details 

Each piece is made by hand and shipped once complete. Below is everything you need to know about timing and delivery. 

Processing Time 

Each piece is made to order. The current turnaround time is 8–10 weeks from the date your handwriting or image is received. Orders do not begin production until your submission has been completed. 

Shipping Timelines 

Once your piece is complete, it will be shipped using standard tracked shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. 

Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase. 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. While we will always do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider. 

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of Canada are considered international and may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
